By entering you agree to opt-in for the eNewsletter from mommytrackd.com. Your mailing address is provided for the purposes of shipping prizes only. Limit one entry per person. One (1) winner will receive the Ugly Doll prize pack as defined on the Landing Page. Total value of prize is approximately $160.00. The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around July 27, 2008 among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or any inaccurate information being displayed in the Promotions or becoming introduced into Promotion databases or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by entrants.
