Let me just start by saying that I love my son's caregivers at his daycare. He loves them. They love him. He's in great hands.

But sometimes they get so bossy with me about his care, my choices, etc. I feel like I'm working for them, not the other way around. I'm the mom here, not them!

So I'm wondering--any advice how to diplomatically draw those lines? The last thing I want to do is hurt feelings, but I need to establish some boundaries regarding our relationship.
