Amy received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her law degree from UCLA. She was a fifth year associate at Latham & Watkins when she switched gears and took a position as Senior Corporate Counsel for Gap Inc. She worked at Gap for six years, managing the Company’s intellectual property litigation and all marketing related partnerships and promotions. Amy also managed celebrity advertising deals, including the contract negotiations for Madonna, Missy Elliott, Sarah Jessica Parker and Lenny Kravitz. She lives in Mill Valley, California with her husband Jeff, her seven-year-old son Matty and her four-year-old daughter Jessie.

Dawn received her undergraduate degree from Penn and her MBA from Harvard.   She has been a bit of a “jack of all trades” at Gap Inc., working in Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy and the online businesses in merchandising, product sourcing and strategy. She launched oldnavy.com, growing the business to over $150M and most recently ran the strategy group for all the online businesses at Gap Inc. She serves on the boards of two non-profits and one start-up and is a room parent for Room 1. She lives in Mill Valley with her husband Eric, six-year-old Jacob, five-year-old Ethan, 18-month-old Macabee, and overfed and sweet dog, Lola.   In her “free time,” she attends kids’ soccer games and trail runs.
