Moms Would Cut Pay to Get Time.
A survey of 880 women employed full-time found that nearly half of them (43 percent) said they’d agree to reduce their pay if they could have more time with their kids, according to CNN. The CareerBuilder.com survey also found that 25 percent of respondents were unhappy with their work-life balance. (May 2008)

This is no surprise for me, I am looking for that "alternative work schedule" being touted in the media and I am finding that in corporate america it is more the exception than the rule. In my previous job, moms with alternative schedules were frowned upon for not being "part of the team." Sad.
